99bk Terms & Conditions

To be eligible to open and maintain a Player Account at 99bk, you must at all times satisfy each of the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting and casino activity is not prohibited for you personally under the laws applicable to you.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, trustee, or nominee for any other individual or entity.
• You do not already hold an active or previously suspended Account with 99bk under any name, email address, phone number, bKash wallet, Nagad number, or device.
• You have not been previously self-excluded or permanently banned from the 99bk platform.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your domicile.
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, contractor, or close family member of an employee of 99bk or any of its affiliated game providers.

99bk reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any point during a Player's registration or ongoing use of the Platform. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Requests for verification must be fulfilled within 72 hours of the request being made; failure to comply may result in temporary account suspension until verification is complete.

If 99bk discovers, at any point, that a Player was under 18 years of age at the time of registration or at the time of placing any wager, 99bk will immediately close the Account, void all wagers placed while underage, and return net deposits (excluding bonus funds and any winnings) in accordance with applicable responsible gaming obligations. 99bk accepts no liability for losses incurred by any underage player.

Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of 99bk complies with any laws or regulations applicable to them in their country, region, or place of residence. 18+

All financial transactions on the 99bk Platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 99bk accepts deposits and processes withdrawal requests via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and City Bank. The availability of specific methods may vary at 99bk's discretion and may be subject to change without advance notice.

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your Account balance in real time, usually within 30 seconds of a successful payment confirmation.
• Deposits made via bank transfer may take longer to process depending on the issuing bank's internal processing schedule.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts or cards that are registered in your own name. Depositing on behalf of another person, or accepting deposits from a third party into your 99bk Account, is strictly prohibited.
• 99bk does not charge any deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which 99bk accepts no responsibility.
• If a deposit is not reflected in your Account within 30 minutes, contact support at [email protected] with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests may only be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) measure.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit stated in these general terms, though 99bk may apply verification requirements for large withdrawal requests.
• 99bk charges zero withdrawal fees. The full requested amount will be sent to your nominated payment method.
• bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes during standard business hours in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). Processing times during weekends, public holidays, and peak periods may be longer.
• Before your first withdrawal is processed, 99bk may require you to complete identity verification. Requests for verification documents must be fulfilled promptly to avoid delays.
• 99bk reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request pending completion of standard security, fraud, and AML checks. You will be notified of any delays via email.
• Winnings derived from wagers placed with Bonus Funds are subject to the wagering requirements applicable to that bonus before they may be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw before wagering requirements are met may result in the forfeiture of bonus-derived winnings.

99bk offers a range of bonuses, promotions, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal campaigns to both new and existing players. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms published for each promotion at the time of claiming, in addition to these general bonus rules which apply universally unless a specific offer's terms expressly override them.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms. For example, a ×20 wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means ৳20,000 in qualifying wagers must be placed before any withdrawal is processed.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower percentage or not at all. Contribution percentages are stated in the specific offer terms.
• Time Limits: All bonuses carry an expiry period, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of crediting. Any unconverted bonus funds and associated winnings remaining in a Player's Account after expiry will be forfeited automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless an offer expressly permits this. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses concurrently may result in bonus forfeiture.
• Maximum Withdrawal Cap: Some bonuses carry a maximum amount that may be withdrawn from winnings generated using that bonus. Where applicable, this cap is stated in the specific offer terms.
• Abuse and Exploitation: 99bk monitors bonus activity for evidence of abuse, including but not limited to: using bonuses with low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements (e.g., matched betting across sides), creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional terms. Any Player found engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonus funds forfeited and may have their Account suspended or permanently closed.
• Right to Withdraw Offers: 99bk reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Players will not be eligible to claim a promotion after it has been withdrawn.

99bk's bonus offers are designed as entertainment enhancements for genuine players. They are not financial instruments and carry no cash value outside the context of the wagering conditions described herein. Players with questions about bonus terms should contact [email protected] before claiming.

Either the Player or 99bk may initiate the closure of a Player Account at any time, subject to the conditions set out below.

Closure Requested by the Player

If you wish to close your Account for any reason, including a responsible gaming self-exclusion request, please contact [email protected] with the subject line "Account Closure Request". Your request will be processed within 24 hours during normal business hours. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your most recently used payment method within five working days, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

Closure or Suspension Initiated by 99bk

99bk may suspend or permanently close any Player Account without prior notice if:

• The Player is found to have violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Player is found to have provided false or misleading registration information.
• The Player is identified as being under 18 years of age.
• The Player's account is subject to a fraud, AML, or security investigation.
• The Player has initiated or threatens to initiate a fraudulent chargeback.
• 99bk is required to do so by any applicable law, regulatory requirement, or court order.

Where an Account is closed by 99bk due to a verified breach of these Terms & Conditions, 99bk reserves the right to forfeit the entire Account balance, including real-money deposits and winnings, without compensation to the Player.

Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gambling has become problematic may request a temporary self-exclusion period (1 week to 6 months) or a permanent self-exclusion at any time. Self-exclusion requests are actioned without delay and without requiring a stated reason. During the self-exclusion period, the Account will be locked and the Player will not be able to log in, deposit, or place wagers. Dormant Accounts

An Account is considered dormant if it has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. 99bk will notify the registered email address of a pending dormancy classification before it takes effect. Dormant accounts may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee of ৳200 per month, deducted from any remaining balance, until the balance reaches zero or the Player logs back in to reactivate the Account. Accounts with a zero balance will be archived after the dormancy period.

These Terms & Conditions were last reviewed on 1 January 2026. 99bk reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Players will be notified of material changes via their registered email address and/or a notice on the Platform. Continued use of 99bk following notification of updated terms constitutes acceptance of those updated terms. If you do not agree with any updated terms, you should close your Account in accordance with the procedure described in Section 8 above.
